Jasmine was the recipient of this inaugural award from the World Institute for Action Learning. The award was in recognition of her leadership in organization development by pioneering and implementing Action Learning in Panasonic, aligning it with Corporate Values and designing development projects for Asia-Pacific High-Potential Leaders.
