Jasmine Liew is the Organisation Change and Development Director of Breakthrough Catalyst LLP. She has been a Human Resource practitioner for 16 years, specialising in Organisation Development, Change Management, Employee Engagement, Leadership and Team Development. Jasmine had led and managed multi- generational groups, multifunctional and regional teams in her HR Leadership roles.          

Her span of regional HR experience encompasses the Singapore Civil Service– Singapore Land Authority, International Enterprise Singapore, National Healthcare Group- Alexandra Hospital, MNCs-Panasonic and Dairy Farm South Asia and the Private Sector– Certis CISCO and PSA.

Jasmine has been an Organisation Culture and Change Management Leader in her Corporate HR roles. She was in the pioneer team for the merger of 4 government departments and formed into a new statutory Board, Singapore Land Authority. Jasmine had been involved in the planning and implementation of diverse change management interventions arising from setting up a new organisation, organisation restructuring, merger, change of reporting lines, job redesign, advent of new products and services and inculcating a new organisation culture.

She has also worked with multiple stakeholders who are involved and impacted by the change by managing the heart ware and people side of change management beyond the systems, structure and process of change management in Alexandra Hospital, Panasonic, Dairy Farm and PSA (Port of Singapore Authority).

Jasmine is an Adjunct Faculty of the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) and Adjunct Trainer in The Singapore Civil Service College.
