In an increasingly Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity (VUCA) global landscape, individuals and organisations face more complexity, challenges and changes. Being “future-ready”, “change-ready” and “skills-ready” is no longer a choice, but a necessity.

To overcome such complexity, challenges and changes, individuals need to be self-directed and strengthen the roots of Personal Effectiveness from the inner core, discover and articulate their purpose, harness one’s self-awareness, self-enrichment and self-actualisation. Once there is a strong and positive “Inner Core”, the inner purpose and strength will fuel external success, better work performance and happiness at work.

When you find and strengthen your purpose by being self-directed, Purposeful work is like a ripple effect impacting oneself, your colleagues and team, internal and external customers. Having purpose at work has also become a competitive advantage for individuals and organisations to be a great workplace for their people and to better serve their customers and clients.
