Build an Innovative Team Through Action Learning

Build an Innovative Team Through Action Learning (2-day program)

“We cannot solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them.” —Albert Einstein.

With the ever-changing Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity (VUCA) global environment, issues become more inter-related yet uncertain and complex. To be future-ready and change-ready, it requires a new and higher level of thinking for individuals, teams and leaders to break away from the usual ways of thinking and doing beyond silos but with wider, comprehensive and multi-functional perspectives. A team that is high performing, productive and collaborative is able to come up with innovative and breakthrough solutions that overcome organisation and team-related issues.

Action Learning (AL) is an innovative problem-solving and solution-focused process that solves complex and multi-perspective issues and challenges and build successful leaders, teams and organisations. It involves a group of intact and or, intra-team that is facilitated by the Action Learning Coach to solve real work challenges in a holistic, systematic and collaborative manner. The team will be able to apply leadership competencies, critical thinking, creativity, people management, judgement and decision-making skills to solve real organisation, leadership and workplace issues while coming up with innovative ideas and solutions.
